I arrived at Lower Sproul rushed and frazzled, but still earlier than most people. I was first in the F through J section (alphabetical by last name) of the US section. Soon after I got in line, Leah showed up. I was so glad to see someone I knew--most of my history-major friends are in the East Asian specialization. Doesn't Leah look radiant? She had a great cheering section there too: her husband and children were present, as were aunts, uncles and grandparents--some of whom had flown in from other states.
