Some other time I will post the recipe for the dumpling wrappers. It's from the wonderful dim sum cookbook by Elllen Leong Blonder and it's accompanied by very helpful instructions. It's really amazingly easy to make, but I suspect it will take a few more tries to really perfect it. I'm too busy to post the full instructions, but I can give you the ingredients:
1-1/4 cups wheat starch plus 1/4 cup tapioca starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon peanut or other vegetable oil
But I don't think that helps you much.
